For Terms of Service on specific content types, please read the paragraph below.
Unique, original, and hand-made items submitted for uploading are restricted to small-business, sole-proprietors, and entrepreneurs only. Items submitted for sale or trade may not be a product, item or service that is sold or offered by a national, regional, or local chain. The Dungeon is strictly for the little guy to have an additional outlet for displaying and selling their products or services.
Age Restrictions, Notifications, and NSFW+18 Adult Content Terms of Service.
Any and all adult content that is submitted for review and posting within The Dungeon must meet the following guidelines:
- Content may not contain children or minors - period, or animals (in relation to adult poses, adult content, and/or adult performances).
- By submitting the images for uploading, you acknowledge and confirm that you are the owner of such content, and that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction (+18 years of age minimum).
- You acknowledge that if you falsify any content uploads, your membership will be terminated or denied, and that you may be held personally liable for the falsified/illegal content, either posted or not posted.
